Summary:

The applicant applied for a development permit to construct and maintain on her residential acreage property a stable/hobby shop in which to keep her horse. The Clearwater County Municipal Planning Commission denied the application. The Clearwater County Subdivision and Development Appeal Board upheld the decision. The applicant applied for leave to appeal under s. 688(3) of the Municipal Government Act.

The Alberta Court of Appeal, per Watson, J.A., dismissed the application.
