• Pursuant to section . of the Act, Monday October , , is

the date the rd federal general election is to be held.

• Pursuant to section () of the Act, before voting begins, each

returning ocer must provide to the election ocers at each poll-

ing station the necessary ballots, pencils, ballot boxes, and other

required material to enable the voting to take place.
