Summary:

The Minister of Citizenship and Immigra­tion notified Fast of the proposed revocation of his citizenship. Fast applied for judicial review, seeking, inter alia, to quash the notice. The Minister applied to strike the application for judicial review.

The Federal Court of Canada, Trial Divi­sion, allowed the Minister's application and struck the judicial review application on the ground that it was barred by s. 18.5 of the Federal Court Act.
