Résumé:

This case arose out of the plaintiffs' claim against the defendant under a conditional sales contract for the return of a vehicle. The defendant was a bona fide purchaser without notice from a conditional vendee of the plaintiff conditional vendor.

The New Brunswick Court of Queen's Bench dismissed the plaintiff's action and held that the defendant took title to the vehicle.
