Summary:
The plaintiff applied for an order of certiorari to quash a decision of the Board of Governors of the University College of Cape Breton dismissing him.
The Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Trial Division, allowed the application and quashed the dismissal, because the board breached its duty of procedural fairness to the plaintiff.
