Summary:

Cudmore filed a complaint with the Human Rights Commission (the applicant) against the Department of Education and School District 2 (the respondents). Cudmore claimed that the respondents had discrimi­nated against her son, N., on the basis of mental disability. A Board of Inquiry under the Human Rights Act dismissed the com­plaint. The applicant applied for judicial review.

The New Brunswick Court of Queen's Bench, Trial Division, dismissed the ap­plication.
