Summary:

The infant plaintiff brought an action for damages for personal injuries arising out of a collision between the defendant's motor vehicle and the plaintiff's bicycle. Liability was admitted, special damages were agreed upon and the trial court assessed general damages for personal injuries at $15,000.00.
