Summary:

This case arose out of two applications made by the executors of an estate to determine whether a yacht was an asset of the estate - See 44 N.S.R.(2d) 666; 83 A.P.R. 666, and 44 N.S.R.(2d) 679; 83 A.P.R. 679.

On appeal to the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal the appeal was dismissed.
