Summary:

Metodieva applied for leave to appeal a decision of the Convention Refugee Deter­mination Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board. This application was dis­missed by Hugessen, J.A., of the Federal Court of Appeal. A few months later, Meto­dieva applied again for leave to appeal and asked for an extension of the 15-day dead­line imposed by s. 82.3(4) of the Immigra­tion Act.

The Federal Court of Appeal (Décary, J.A.) dismissed the application.
