Summary:

A plaintiff sued a defendant for damages arising from a 2001 accident. The plaintiff had been disabled since a 1998 accident. The defendant sought disclosure of, inter alia, the amount of a 1998 accident settlement and the breakdown as to heads of damage, including all other settlement documents in the possession of the plaintiffs or counsel. A Master dismissed the motion. The defendant appealed.

The Alberta Court of Queen's Bench dismissed the appeal.
