Summary:

This action for damages for personal injuries arose out of a motor vehicle accident in which the defendant's motor vehicle struck the plaintiff pedestrian. Interlocutory judgment was entered for the plaintiff and the trial court awarded the plaintiff $5,000.00 general damages for personal injuries.
