General damages for personal injuries - Loss of unused sick leave benefits - A civil servant, injured in a motor vehicle accident received sick leave benefits for 79.5 days - The civil servant's unused reserve of sick leave benefits was reduced from 300 days to 220 days - The Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Trial Division, awarded the civil servant $3,000 general damages for loss of unused sick leave benefits.
