Summary:

The judicial committee of the Law Society of Manitoba found that Olson committed professional misconduct by breaching the Law Society's rules respecting accounts. Olson appealed.

The Manitoba Court of Appeal, in a deci­sion reported 97 Man.R.(2d) 214; 79 W.A.C. 214, dismissed the appeal. Olson applied to the Court of Appeal to reconsider its judg­ment.

The Manitoba Court of Appeal, in a deci­sion reported 102 Man.R.(2d) 15; 93 W.A.C. 15, dismissed the application. Olson sought leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada under s. 37 of the Supreme Court Act.

The Manitoba Court of Appeal dismissed the application.
