Negligence - Motor vehicle, gratuitous passengers - What constitutes gross negligence - The New Brunswick Court of Appeal dismissed claim by passenger against driver who was driving his motor vehicle in a snowstorm at 20-25 miles per hour on the Trans-Canada Highway when visibility was very poor and the driver missed the entrance to a bridge and vehicle dropped down a 25 foot embankment.
