Summary:
This action arose from a February 2011 agreement between the plaintiff, PM&C Specialist Contractors Inc. (PM&C), and the defendant Horton CBI Ltd. (HCBI) relating to construction and development at the Kearl Oil Sands. The action went into case management in August 2013. A number of case management meetings ensued. PM&C brought a motion respecting undertakings compliance.
The Alberta Court of Queen's Bench ordered that HCBI answer the undertakings forthwith.
