The defendants' vehicle rear-ended the plaintiff's motorcycle. The plaintiff sued the defendant for damages for his resulting injuries, including a dislocated shoulder. The defendants did not defend the action.

The New Brunswick Court of Queen's Bench, Trial Division, awarded the plaintiff $87,593.03 in damages, plus $5,400 costs and disbursements.
