Summary:

The accused was convicted of five charges of living on the avails of prostitution and one attempt (for a total of six prostitution-related charges involving five girls ages 14 to 18), three charges of making child pornography involving three of the young girls; three charges of sexual assault involving two of the young girls and an adult; invitation to sexual touching of one of the young girls; and possession of about $15,300 cash from the prostitution activities. The matter moved to sentencing.

The Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench imposed an overall sentence of 15 years' imprisonment (less credit for time served), plus a number of ancillary orders.
