Sentence - Robbery - What constitutes - Criminal Code of Canada, R.S.C. 1970, c. C-34, s. 302 - The accused young Indian man and another grabbed an elderly lady on the street, demanded money from her, but took only her lunch, when they were interrupted by a passerby - The accused was drunk - He had two juvenile convictions for robbery and one adult conviction for robbery - The accused pleaded guilty to robbery and was sentenced to two years less one day imprisonment - The Manitoba Court of Appeal with Huband, J.A., dissenting, dismissed the appeal of the accused from sentence.
