Offences - Possession - Defences - Possession of insignificant amount - Narcotic Control Act, R.S.C. 1970, c. N-1, s. 3(1) - The accused was convicted of possession of marijuana after he was found in possession of a pipe with marijuana residue in it - The Newfoundland Provincial Court convicted the accused and held that there was no minimum amount of a narcotic required to be possessed for a conviction for possession.
