Summary:

An accused was charged with importing a narcotic into Canada, contrary to s. 5(2) of the Narcotic Control Act, R.S.C. 1970, c. N-1. He was a pawn in a ring of people that imported $25,000,000 worth of marijuana. He pleaded guilty to the charge.

The Nova Scotia Provincial Court sentenced him to seven years' imprisonment.
