Summary:

The accused pleaded guilty to assault and breach of an undertaking.

The Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Court sentenced the accused to conditional consecutive sentences of four months for the assault and two months for the breach of undertaking, to be followed by one year's probation. The court also imposed a five year weapons prohibition, a DNA order and victim surcharges of $100 for each offence.
