Summary:

The accused was convicted by a jury of sexual assault. He allegedly assaulted his daughter over a two and one-half year period when she was between the ages of seven and nine and one-half.

The New Brunswick Court of Queen's Bench, Trial Division, sentenced the accused to 16 months' incarceration plus probation.
