Résumé:
The accused pleaded guilty to three counts of obtaining by false pretences property having a value of more than $5,000 and three counts of obtaining by false pretences property having a value of $5,000 or less.
The New Brunswick Provincial Court sentenced the accused to concurrent terms of 24 months' imprisonment for the first three counts and to concurrent terms of 16 months for the remaining counts. The accused applied for leave to appeal.
The New Brunswick Court of Appeal dismissed the application.
