Sentence - Sexual intercourse with a female under 14 - The accused was charged with two acts of unlawfully having sexual intercourse with a female person under the age of 14 contrary to s. 146(1) of the Criminal Code - The accused pleaded guilty to both charges - The Newfoundland Provincial Court sentenced the accused teenager to consecutive 25 and 15 day periods of imprisonment plus two years probation - See paragraph 11.
