Sentence - Resisting or obstructing a police officer - A police officer seized a case of liquor from the accused - The accused took one of the bottles and taunted the officer with it, saying the officer was too cowardly to try to take it away - Adult male - Lengthy criminal record - The Northwest Territories Supreme Court sentenced the accused to two months imprisonment followed by six months probation.
