Summary:
The accused pleaded guilty to keeping a common bawdy-house, two counts of living off the avails of prostitution and committing a common assault. He also pleaded guilty to a single count of assault with a weapon.
The Ontario Court (General Division) sentenced the accused to 22 months' imprisonment over and above the 15 months of pre-sentence custody he had already served. He was also sentenced to two years' probation, with conditions and a life time firearms' prohibition was imposed.
