Summary:

Selinger was charged and convicted of having possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking. The trial judge imposed a sentence of imprisonment of 90 days. The Crown appealed respecting sentence.

The Saskatchewan Court of Appeal allowed the appeal and imposed a sentence of imprisonment of six months.
