Motor vehicle - Impaired driving - Breathalyzer - Certificate evidence - Criminal Code of Canada, R.S.C. 1970, c. C-34, s. 237(1)(f) - The New Brunswick Court of Queen's Bench, Trial Division, held that a breathalyzer certificate is admissible notwithstanding that the demand for a breath sample was not made as soon as practicable or where the peace officer did not have reasonable and probable grounds for making the demand - See paragraph 5.
