Sentencing - Possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking - The accused young man had two previous convictions for possession of illegal drugs and two previous convictions for possession for the purpose of trafficking - The accused was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana - The Newfoundland Court of Appeal increased the sentence of the accused from 6 months to 12 months imprisonment.
