Dismissal of employees - Grounds - Incompetency - The plaintiff personnel officer was still in a six month's probationary period when he was dismissed with two weeks pay in lieu of notice - The reasons for dismissal included failure to improve employee morale, aggressive and arrogant attitude towards employees and refusal to listen to complaints or consult with other supervisors - The Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench held that the plaintiff was not wrongfully dismissed, because the employer proved he was unsuitable as a personnel officer.
