Summary:

In a judicial review proceeding, the applicant applied for leave to file two supporting affidavits containing, as exhibits, documentary evidence, after time for filing had run out.

A Prothonotary of the Federal Court of Canada, Trial Division, refused to grant leave to file the affidavits late, where the first affidavit was clearly not relevant and while there may have been relevant material in and attached to the second affidavit there was no valid reason for the delay.
