I-2, s. 5(d) - The appellant admitted committing theft, but sought to establish that there was no moral turpitude involved - The appellant was ordered to be deported - The Federal Court of Appeal on the appellant's appeal from the deportation order held that the appellant, having admitted facts constituting theft, could not escape s. 5(d) of the Immigration Act by establishing facts which show no moral turpitude was involved - The Federal Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal.
