Summary:

An order of the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench required a father to pay $100/month child support for each of his three children. The mother had remarried. The two oldest children moved in with the father. The father's income decreased to $1,147/month. The father applied to vary child support.

The Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench held that the mother accepted the court's jurisdiction and rescinded the father's support obligations to the three children.
