The nine comments that follow concern an article published in CJCCJ, Vol. 51, No. 2 (April, 2009), pp. 199-226: "Racism versus Professionalism: Claims and Counter-claims about Racial Profiling" by Vic Satzewich and William Shaffir. When the article entitled "Rejoinder to Satzewich and Shaffir ..." by Frances Henry and Carol Tator, which appears below, was accepted for publication, CJCCJ commissioned comments on the issue from several scholars. Then, to sum up, Drs. Henry and Tator and Drs. Satzewich and Shaffir were invited to provide replies to these comments.
