Summary:
The plaintiffs sued for a declaration that a certain mineral lease was void because it breached the rule against perpetuities. The defendant Tarragon counterclaimed against the plaintiff Maxx for breach of confidentiality. Tarragon sought an accounting and damages.
The Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench allowed the action and the counterclaim.
