27(2)(a): describes persons
who are
members
of an
inadmissible
class
(other than
the
class
of
those believed
not to be
genuine visitors

immigrants,
and the
class
of
accompanying family
members
who
are
inadmissible).
27(2)(b):
describes persons
who
have worked illegally
in
Canada.
27(2)(d):
describes persons convicted
of an
offence
under
any Act of
Parliament.
27(2)(e): describes those
who
entered Canada
as
visitors
and
remained
beyond
the
legal limit
of
their stay.
27(2)(f):
describes persons
who did not
come into Canada
at a
port

entry
and
failed
