Summary:

A dispute arose between equal shareholders of a corporation. Kelemen applied for an order that Schitthelm was in contempt for not complying with a court order. Both parties sought guidance on how they should proceed with the contempt proceeding.

The Alberta Court of Queen's Bench gave directions.
