About the Author

   his LLB from Queen’s Uni-

versity in  and was called to the Ontario bar in .

He is a practising lawyer with more than thirty-three

years’ experience as a civil trial advocate. He has a passion

for mentoring and teaching young lawyers. He oers in-

novative seminars and workshops on both interview skills

and advocacy. He currently teaches advanced trial advo-

cacy at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law, Com-

mon Law Section.
