DEBTOR & CREDITOR
The law as it relates to persons who owe money (debtors) and those to whom they owe it (credit-
ors). It is different from bankruptcy and insolvency (although they often frequently overlap)
in that debtors are not necessarily insolvent. This area is governed by federal and provincial
